Description
To address the 'Canon printer not printing' problem, run the printer troubleshooter. Windows' built-in troubleshooter can analyze and fix your Canon printer. Hit the icon below to access the printer troubleshooter. After tapping the Windows logo key, type "troubleshoot." Tap Troubleshoot in the search suggestion box. Begin the troubleshooting process by launching the troubleshooter program. You can access the Troubleshooter by clicking Start > Control Panel > Printer. If you're running Windows 7, connect a printer.
